Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties occasionally
- Provide administrative support to supervisors or team members
- Perform daily operation, include filing, handling phone calls, fax and handle courier services
- Maintain the booking schedule of conference room and office facilities
- Handle Office/Pantry supplies including stationery, food and beverage
- Handle enquiries from different departments
- Deliver important document occasionally
- Handle ad hoc assignment by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or relative disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Experienced in using Telephone Switchboard
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
