• Responsible for managing office administration function independently and effectively. Provide full spectrum of clerical and administrative support for the company.
• Handle Import shipping documents including both Air and Sea shipments, issue related invoice, and conduct custom clearance using trade link system
• Monitor office budget and expenses as well as perform costing analysis and regular reporting
• Order general office supplies for office and shops such as stationery, water and sundry order;
• Assist to prepare sales reports that summarize information & data, reviews information to verify accuracy & completeness.
• Handle Human resources matter such as timetable and holiday tables;
• Provide secretarial support for the boss and the departments;
• Assist to maintain the tidiness of the company;
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder above in any disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese
• Good computer skills in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Good inter-personal skills, proactive, self-motivated, can work independently.
• Pleasant personality and be flexible, responsible to perform delegated duties with good working attitude;
• Working hard, careful, polite, responsible and good time management
• Good team player, attention to details & independent
• Immediate available is highly preferred
