Responsibilities

• Provide HR strategic advice and HR solutions to the designated portfolio of Business Function Heads on Talents Acquisition and Management.
• Implement the identified best practices in alignment with the group’s HR strategy, competency framework, compensation philosophy to enable growth and transformation. 
• Engage and work collaboratively with other HR product partners to deliver a wide spectrum of HR programs & services including recruitment, talent management and performance & reward management, staff engagement and retention.
• Analyze job functions, monitor benefit scale/scheme in line with the Bank's global grading system
• Provide HR data metrics & analysis with dashboard for predictive measures and policy formulation.
• Act as gate keeper and ensure recruitment policies / sanity check / approval procedures / HR management activities are in compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments initiated by Singapore, Greater China or Hong Kong when necessary

Requirements

• Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
• At least 10 years hand-on experience as a HR Business partner or Advisor in banking sector
• Well-versed in employment related Ordinances (e.g. EO, PDPO)
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment life-cycle from initiation through to offer and on-board
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
