Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Call existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and successfully closing deals
  • Present a solution selling acumen and strong cross collaboration capabilities to interact effectively with the customers
  • Challenge customers on strategic projects and propose disruptive /creative added value solutions based on a large set of Schneider Electric offers (Services/Product/SW…)

Requirements

  • Work experience: 5 to 10 years , End User Accounts management is mandatory
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, knowing French will be an advantage
  •  Engineering and/or Business degree holder
  • Knowledge of the French Finance market and ecosystem is a plus

  • Commercial experience
  • Demonstrates deep sales experience
  • Strong track record of capability to manage large accounts
  • Ability to manage partners’ ecosystems and collaboration with Integrators or Facility Management companies.
  • Demonstrates significant experience in detecting and discussing finance and customer pain points and proposing high value solutions
  • Ability to use bFO as the unique CRM system and drive adoption of the rest of the team (Contact management, Visit management, Opps management, Master project management).

    Leadership
  • Ability to mobilize and manage networks / remote and virtual team
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations in multicultural environment
  • Ability to understand and animate complex ecosystem of influencers and competitors

    Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Successful track-record in establishing local customer intimacy through connections at engineering & purchasing department and key business decision makers within the customer organization
  • A strong ability to understand complex requirements, able to clearly communicate client needs, challenge the client on solutions and close a deal.
  • Able to politically navigate through an organization; balancing interactions with the Key Decision Maker (likely manager or director-level) and also reaching senior executive ranks
