Responsibilities:

• Monitor various risks of credit portfolio e.g. portfolio concentration risk, loan to market value, etc.
• Design and carry out stress-testing programs
• Implement projects according to new regulatory requirement
• Develop and implement risk assessment program to manage and monitor key business and operational risk
• Prepare relevant reports for management review
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics or relevant discipline; or Professional qualification in CFA/FRM/PRM
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in risk management, exposure in securities industry is a must
• Sound knowledge of Securities products, familiar with relevant SFC ordinances and related regulations
• In-depth knowledge in the regulatory requirements on credit risk perspectives, with hands-on experience in latest risk management development
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Access and Word)
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Head of Risk Management
