Odysseus Capital Asia Limited specializes in debt and equity fund raising, pre-IPO advisory, private equity placements, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and other business consulting services to public and private companies in Asia, with a particular focus on small to mid-sized companies in Greater China.

Job responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis, industry research and investment evaluation
• Prepare marketing and presentation materials
• Assist in executing corporate finance assignments, including IPO, M&A, fund raising, advisory transactions, etc
• Support senior management and assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned
• Assist in general administration and clerical duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above from a reputable university with an outstanding academic record, preferably majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other Business-related subjects
• Outgoing, mature, well-organized, self-motivated, result oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good team player, hardworking, responsible and able to work independently
• Strong analytical, good communication and problem solving skills
• Good IT skills such as VBA, C++, etc
• Candidate with Big 4 experience has an advantage
• Strong drafting skills and good command of both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
