The role will support Asia Pacific Regional Treasury operations to both treasury and finance team across all divisions, reporting to the Regional Treasurer in Hong Kong. The Regional Treasury Team is responsible for i) liquidity and cash management (ii) financing planning and coordination (iii) foreign currency management and initiatives (iv) regional bank relationship management (v) deployment of special treasury projects. 

Job Responsibilities:

Monthly closing process:

• Facilitate the month end closing (include interest reallocation) and reporting process.

Performing regular treasury reporting and analyses including:

• Cash position reports and analysis
• Credit card commissions
• FX transactions
• Credit facilitiesBa
• Any reports required to assist the deployment of treasury projects/topics
• Payment preparation
• Prepare special manual/fx payments
• Key contact on payment issues and bank fees with banks

Cash-pooling maintenance:

• Daily maintenance of cash pooling movements and balances.
• Preparation of cash flow forecast.
• Regional Administrator for In-house Treasury System.
• Provide regional support and handle general pooling enquiries from LVMH entities.
• Assist to provide training on pooling mechanism and reporting to divisions within the Region.

Bank Relationships:

• Liaison with banks on operational and compliance requirements for day to day maintenance of bank accounts (i.e. KYC, e-banking, annual review and etc).

Key Requirements & Competencies

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or Business related discipline
• A qualified accountant with minimum 5 years' experience with a sizable CPA firm, preferably Big Four
• Exposure in banking industry/ multinational organization or have been in similar treasury roles will be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Action and detail oriented, managing tight deadline and ad hoc requests
• Proactive in meeting business needs and supportive as a team player
