Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide support in routine/ad hoc maintenance & repair works for all properties managed by the Company
• Provide technical support to individual Estate/Building on any technical problems
• Attend meetings for reporting and provide technical solutions to individual Estate/Building as and when required 
• Prepare maintenance & service contracts, monitor and control to ensure the contracts are up to the specified standard
• Attend IO meeting after office hour whenever necessary

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in building / estate maintenance
• Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade B or above) 
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good interpersonal skills, self-activity and able to work independently

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Maintenance Officer.
