Job Requirements:-

-Diploma or Higher Diploma in Property Management Discipline

-3 years relevant working experience

-Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese

Job Duty:

- Oversee all facility management-related service, including fire, electricity, lift service, hygiene         security system, ventilation control, water supply, fuel supply in the laundry factory.

- Oversee environmental, occupational health and safety.

- Perform daily property maintenance & operation and supervise on-site subordinates.

- Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.

- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.

- Assist the preparation of tender documents and specifications including supervision of contractors on-site.

- Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases.

- Manage the renewal of related licenses (ie fire alarm system, WR2, underground oil tank, pressure vessels etc)

- Ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met.

- Check completed work by contractors and vendors.

- Develop emergency plan and drills.

- Design and carry out plant improvement projects.

- Carry out other hoc duties as assigned.

- Liaise with other departments to carry out R&M works.

- 5.5 days work (0900 - 1800)
