Associate/ Project Engineer/ Senior Engineer ( Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing Drainage / Fire Services)

Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Corporate Member of HKIE or equivalent will be an advantage
• 10 years or above in engineering design experience and knowledge in the respective disciplines relating to projects in Hong Kong. Lesser experience will be considered for the Project Engineer/ Senior Engineer role
• Candidates with MEP consulting design experience in healthcare or large scale commercial building is advantageous.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills

Job Duties

• Responsible for building services design, tender preparation and project administration.
• Site inspection and attend project meetings 
• Lead major project executions and provide technical, managerial and mentoring leadership to the Engineers and Assistant Engineers
• Liaise and develop working relationship with the Clients
• Assist Division Leaders in maintaining high quality standards of design submissions as well as managing project financials and  project teams
