• The Role

  • In charge of the overall planning, implementation and quality control of  project developments, the successful candidate will co-ordinate project activities and requirements with consultants to achieve deliverables of the highest quality.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments for in-house project management.

   

  Requirement

   

  • Degree in Building Surveying/ Technology / Civil / Structural Engineering and or equivalent;
  • Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIA, HKIS or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years' post qualification experience with property developers or in building construction consultant firms
  • Familiar with overall supervision of building works/ foundation works/ fitting out of works and A&A Works.
  • Knowledge in latest government regulations plus experience in building construction works submission procedures are preferable. 
  • Experience in handling sizeable offices buildings/ residential projects in HK
  • Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of building, planning and land
  • Experience with overall supervision of building works, fiting out,  A&A Works.
  • Manage all project activities and requirements with consultants, authorities, contractors and other personnel to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards set by the management
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese
  • Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
