Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Directly reporting to the Head of Retail, Asia Pacific, the Senior VM Supervisor, Asia Pacific will:

  • Responsible for HK and Macau retail DOS (direct operating store) windows and in-store display implementation according to the corporate guideline
  • Provide training to HK and Macau retail frontline and related departments on VM standard and execution requirement
  • Conduct regular shop visit and communication with front line to ensure qualified VM maintenance is achieved
  • Attend regular retail cross functional meeting, align/ adjust VM action plan to ensure optimal operation result
  • Follow up corporate merchandising reports and analysis, ensure sufficient alignment is obtained between HQ and local operation
  • Manage the VM P&L, expenses and deadlines for each production and projects execution
  • Liaise with HQ and other retail teams (construction, merchandising, legal..) to maximize the impact of VM initiatives
  • Design and develop VM proposal and graphic for local campaigns by using Photoshop and Illustrator software.
  • With the support of wholesale department, provide VM guideline and execution advice to Asia Pacific wholesale clients
  • Provide training to wholesale department and key distributors on VM knowledge
  • Provide VM support to ad hoc projects and instruction from line manager from time to time

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years relevant experience in visual merchandising. Experiences in footwear retail is preferred
  • Integrity, self-driven, open to learn, work in team and positive-thinking
  • Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustration)
  • Good written and oral Cantonese, Mandarin and English
