• F5 or above
• Holder of Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent is an advantage
• Equip with T1 qualification and Safety Supervisor Certificate
• At least 5 years solid site experience in building renovation projects (prefer in railway projects)
• Supervise and manage site issues (including quality, safety, environment), the construction drawings, work with sub-contractors in different trades & follow up the site progress, etc
• Mature, proactive and strong interpersonal skill
• Sound knowledge of computer skills 
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Site Foreman
