The Job

• Plan, develop, evaluate, negotiate and secure suitable new sites to meet rapid store network expansion
• Accountable for sourcing, acquisition of new sites as well as lease renewals of existing stores
• Liaise and maintain excellent relations with internally and externally, all major property developers, government bodies, landlords, agents and external contractors, etc
• Conduct network planning with market research and analysis on the retail landscape of Hong Kong & Macau, including existing stores and competitors and formulate development strategy for the brand

The Person

• Degree holder in Business /Real Estates /Surveying or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable retailer or major developers
• Handling property management issues by communicating with Landlords, Building Management Office and internal R&M department
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Attentive to details and enjoy contact and negotiation with external parties
