Duties:

• Undertake the daily management of the Engineering Department covering vehicles engineering development & maintenance
• Be responsible for engineering matters and administration of all company vehicles including licensing, insurance, checking, etc.
• Plan and monitor the regular cleaning, maintenance and repairing of company vehicles
• Arrange work schedules and assignments for subordinates in coordination with other departments
• Monitor and control the service standards and work performance of the subordinates
• Work with contractors or service providers to deal with all engineering matters
• Prepare and control budget for the department
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• University degree or the equivalent
• At least 8 years’ related working experience, of which 3 should be at supervisory level
• Experience and knowledge in vehicle and general engineering matters
• Possession of driving licence is a must
• Good leadership, management and people skills with initiative, commitment and flexibility
• Ability to work under pressure independently
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
