Responsibilities:

• Organize & supervise the function of Cleanliness, safety of work and maintenance of all facilities as well as assists to manage the subordinates to complete the job tasks efficiently
• Assist to manage the cleanliness and operation for Suites, Clubhouse and Spa & Resort to ensure everything in the covering area is in good order
• Maintain positive guest relations and meet guests’ housekeeping needs at all times

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 Years of relevant work experience in hotel industry with at least 1 year supervisory level
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, furnishing and fittings
• Strong communication and leadership skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Word & Excel
