The Job:

Responsible for oversee the daily operations of sushi production towards maximum productivity and driving business development by identifying opportunities to increase sales and profit.

Key Responsibilities: 

• To manage sushi counters operations and proposed recommendations to optimize the total counter business
• To monitor and manage staffs performance as well as to provide training to achieve customer satisfaction
• To review business process and grow the business through devising and implementing appropriate operating process

The Person:

• At least 5 years relevant managerial experience in sushi sales and / or production
• Strong commitment to food quality excellence and proficiency in cost and budget controls
• Excellent leadership skills and sensitive to commercial market
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Japanese speaking will be advantage
• Knowledge in MS office application including Word and Excel
