FocusCore is recruiting an Executive Vice President of Food & Beverage Division on behalf of a globally known five star hotel group.

As the EVP, you will be reporting to the COO, driving your team to reach the group's ambitious five year plan to develop and grow its restaurant business to twice as much as it is today. You will initiate and implement strategies to deliver financial success while ensuring highest quality of Food & Beverage brand and customer services are maintained. You will also lead your team in practicing high standard of business ethics and be responsible for strategizing business development and brand marketing.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a proven record of managing and developing restaurant chain, preferably with a luxury hotel background. You will be innovative, result oriented with sound understanding of the business along with market trends.

A passion for the industry and strong leadership and communication skill is required for this position.
