Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing and implementing various projects for marketing and internal enhancement
- Participate in enhancement projects regarding to internal systems, mobile apps and website etc.
- Provide general IT support to the business, including documentation, liaise with IT and perform UAT etc
- Assist in daily operations of the business and handle enquiries from various stakeholders
Requirements:
- University graduate with IT related disciplines preferred
- Minimum 3 years' working experience, preferably exposure with in-house technical support & project management
- Knowledge in Windows infrastructure, Office & network firewalls
- Fast learner, independent, strong analytical & communication skills
