Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing various projects for marketing and internal enhancement
• Participate in enhancement projects regarding to internal systems, mobile apps and website etc.
• Provide general IT support to the business, including documentation, liaise with IT and perform UAT etc
• Assist in daily operations of the business and handle enquiries from various stakeholders
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate with IT related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 3 years' working experience, preferably exposure with in-house technical support & project management
• Knowledge in Windows infrastructure, Office & network firewalls
• Fast learner, independent, strong analytical & communication skills
