Responsibilities:
1. Provide end-user technical support hardware & software setup;
2. Perform regular backup monitoring, tape operations and off-site storage Operations;
3. Follow-up with users on technical issues and queries;
4. MS Windows network implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting;
5. Coordinate with third party vendors and HKEX for system implementation and maintenance;
6. Support system maintenance, service provisioning and ad-hoc projects;

Requirements:
1. Computer Science / Engineering or relevant discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT / brokerage firms / banking/ fund house, including IT operations and support team;
2. Solid experience in system support and administration;
3. Familiar with standard desktop application, MS windows OS;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under minimum supervision;
5. Good communication skills;
6. Immediate available preferred.
