Job function:

• Responsible for daily directing & screening fault-calls, Liaise & coordinate with in-country
•  Assist in preparing weekly / monthly fault logging reports for the management
• Provide full administrative support on NOC dept.
• Daily shift required

 Requirement:

• Holder of Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
• 2 years or above of relevant working experience
• CCNA Certification is required
• Self-motivated, work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills
