Job Role:

• Work with our cloud products with ongoing technology update
• Perform product testing and design
• Perform system and network analysis, planning, design, implementation, monitoring, capacity management, security operations, trouble-shooting and documentation
• Perform prompt remedy actions, track and update progress from various parties to ensure problems been solved with minimum service impact

Requirements:

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and infrastructure
• Strong customer focus and strong sense of business 
• Any of the following Technical knowledge is an advantage:
• Openstack, Puppet
• Linux and Windows Systems 
• Database technologies such as MySQL, Mariadb, nosql and Microsoft SQL Server
• Virtualization technologies such as VMware/KVM
• Network knowledge such as DNS, TCP/IP, switch configuration, load balancer and firewall configuration
• Experience in any other cloud technology is a high advantage
• Programming/scripting experience is a high advantage, particularly on system programming and web programming 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
