Job Description

1. Single point of contact for international end users in troubleshooting. Investigating, analyzing, and solve SAP problems (including sub systems). Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy client needs in close association with the business team
2. Ensures the Application support SLA and KPI.
3. Execute simple / complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures using ABAP programs via Industry best practices and knows how to debug programs that will be failing in the process.
4. Liaise with client or end users for troubleshooting and pro-actively participates in the UAT support.
5. Analyze existing incidents and business processes, propose and realize enhancements to drive automation and process efficiency.
6. Documentation and end user training as per standard enterprise principles.

Requirement

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP system in either or all modules (SD, FI , MM, PP, LEs, WM).
2. Minimum of 1 full life cycle SAP implementation and 2 years of experience in SAP in SD and MM as a functional consultant.
3. Proficient in ABAP or ABAP OO and Dialog Programming and debugging skills.
4. Proficient in ALE, EDI and iDocs for centralized and decentralized SAP model internal and external.
5. Strong in customer management, analytical and quick problem solving skills.
