Job Responsibilities:

• To coordinate and participate events, special campaigns and other membership-driven initiatives
• To handle and follow up on membership-related enquiries, applications and renewals
• To review and develop better instant redemption system ( redemption upon purchase ) and E-Application system
• Hands on clerical and resources management functions including database maintenance
• Assist other ad hoc assignment for Marketing Department 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing or relevant subject
• At least 2 years marketing & membership management working experience
• Well-organized, work independently and a team player
• Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in PC skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
