Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with markets on development of promotion materials, POPS and VM materials, etc. 
• Contact, negotiate and deal with external vendors/agencies for media booking, production and installation
• Identify and negotiate with external parties for barter promotion cooperation, and ensure all agreed barter items are carried out on schedule 
• Plan and administer the execution of offsite promotion activities
• Developing the contents and platforms of the company’s e-Marketing such as company website, banner advertisements, mobile Apps and social media platforms
• Monitor and supervise the use of brand corporate image in all marketing materials to be in consistent with our Corporate Identity
• Coordinate with various internal departments and vendors on project/events implementation
• Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Marketing or related discipline with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, communication or tradeshow
• Excellent planning skills and ability to prioritize and multi-tasks
• Knowledge in executing digital marketing projects and social media campaigns
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Pro-active, creative, excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
