Job Description
Summary/purpose of the position
As a member of the Supporter Retention & Development team, located within the Fundraising & Engagement Department, the Supporter Services & Retention Officer is primarily responsible for developing and delivering the Supporter Service operations, including inbound and outbound supporter service call and email management. The role is also responsible for the development and delivery of the Supporter Retention program, including supporter events, with an ultimate goal of reaching supporter retention & fundraising targets that allow the organization to reach its campaign and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:

Oversee all supporter retention programs with the aim to retain supporters in order to maximize long-term financial growth for the organization in Hong Kong.

Write well-crafted donor materials using best practice fundraising methods.

Lead the development, delivery and timely implementation of all the Supporter communication materials and plan

Manage an efficient Supporter Save Program in order to achieve or exceed budgeted KPIs.

To design and coordinate all donor gatherings and budgets, including dealing with agencies, supporter materials and ensuring that activities are designed to fit different donor segments and reflect the values of Greenpeace
Requirements:

Creative and enthusiastic professional with at least 2 years of NGO Fundraising, and/or Customer Service Management, or Marketing/PR experience or equivalent

Excellent communication (both one-on- one and in small groups; both written and oral), and writing skills, in Chinese and English.

Ability to understand donor behavior research and/or marketing data and adjust fundraising and/or marketing strategies accordingly

Experience in managing and monitoring budgets.

Understanding of a range of direct marketing techniques (segmentation, test matrices etc.) and channels (direct mail, digital, telephone etc)

Proficiency in reporting financial results/marketing efforts in a concise and accurate manner

Ability to understand donor behavior research and/or marketing data and adjust fundraising and/or marketing strategies accordingly
This position is for a 3-year contract subject to renewal. The final salary will be evaluated based on candidate’s relevant working experience.
