• Provide customer services to parents including handling examination enquires and complaints
• Assist in operations analysis including data input and reports
• Provide support in Sales & Marketing department
• Assist in projects and co-ordination with examination execution
• Responsible for general administration
• Develop & implement additional operational policies and process to govern & regulate the expanding business volume

Requirements

• At least 1 year working experience, interest in the education industry is preferred
  
• Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, responsible, well organized and positive
• Proficiency in MS office
• Knowledge of Putonghua pinyin is definitely an advantage
• Immediately available is preferred
