Job duties:

• Formulate and execute branding and promotion strategies including brand positioning, awareness and development to enhance corporate profile and value proposition through publicity and event management
• Manage and develop fundraising programmes and activities to align with the organization’s VMV
• Develop and manage PR and advertising campaigns through publications and social media communications to maximize public awareness
• Establish a close rapport with stakeholders including funders, professionals, service users and colleagues so as to address the needs of the public and to ensure the accountability of our service
• Develop and manage volunteer and donor database to ensure that our supporters have the best possible supporter experience
• Provide supervision and coaching to the staff team and to develop the overall teamwork
• Collaborate with other departments and service units to ensure that we are maximizing outcome and performance of the events and activities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Communications / Public Relations or related disciplines
• Over 10 years’ post qualification relevant experience with at least 7 years’ experience at management level, preferably gained in social service sector
• Strong analytical power with good presentation, leadership, people and management skills
• Mature, independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Passion and dedication to serve people with disabilities and older persons
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Experience in CRM, branding, social media marketing and project management are advantages
• Outgoing personality, able to work under pressure
