Job Description:

• Manage all aspects of production processes, including production follow up,
• product quality and on time delivery
• Able to handle Independently product development and order follow-up,
• Coordinate with designers and buyers to plan and control the production
• commercialization process
• Maintain good support with customers and keep abreast of market development
• Ensure prompt samples development and correct interpretation of designs

Job Requirements:

• Solid knowledge and experience in CMT operation
• Familiar with China & off-shore production
• 3-10 years work experience preferably in both woven and knit wear
• Knowledge about ski-wear will be a plus
• Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English,
• Cantonese & Mandarin
• Reliable and responsible, smart, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Travelling requested
• Immediately available
