Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, suppliers and work closely with cross functional teams on fit development and pre-production
• Review & comment the technical specification details and resolve any discrepancies with Technical Designers and Merchandisers
• Provide clear instruction and guideline to suppliers to meet brand specifications and products requirements
• Work directly with the manufacturers on executing sample and bulk production
• Work closely with merchandising team on pattern making and pre-production development
• Manage Size set / Pre-production / TOP sample approval
• Final approval on production spec, review on paper pattern, live model fitting
• Lead vendor and TDs to follow fit/construction/workmanship requirement of Brands in during sample approval process

Job Requirement:

• F.7 or above, with Diploma in Textile or Fashion and Clothing is preferred
• At least 12 years solid experience in ladies woven, preferably in US buying office
• Strong technical knowledge for fitting and size grading
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excel in computer knowledge and familiar in PLM is preferable
• Strong communication, interpersonal and cooperative skills
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Occasional travel is required
