Responsibilities:

• Oversee the fabric order right from the time the order is received from the buyer, do fabric consolidation and minimum/up charge checking.
  
• Monitor the fabric production schedule by WIP follow up and liaison with fabric supplier or manufacturers for routine issues
  
• Diagnose production problems and works with fabric suppliers/garment factories to present alternatives
  
• Prepare delivery reports and data entry for order information

Requirements:

• High diploma with around 5 years' experience in materials planning and merchandising
• Able to work independently with good self motivation & timeline management
• Strong knowledge & technical understanding of fabric construction, fabric & apparel production
• Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers, buyers and factories
• Well-organized, willing to work and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Computer knowledge in MS Office, particular strong skill on use of MS Excel
• Occasionally travel is required  
• Immediate available is preferred
