The incumbent leads the end-to-end product sourcing by implementation of sourcing strategy via best-in-class vendor identifications, evaluations, selections and relationship developments to achieve on-time delivery & quality KPIs

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities include:

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of specific NPD and any ongoing replenishment skus, to an agreed cost, quality and on time
• Support line manager to manage key stakeholders throughout the process to deliver the required KPIs
• Support line manager to drive cross functional project teams and suppliers for continuous improvement and efficiency in managing project/program 
• Supervise the subordinate to achieve KPIs: Synergy Benefits, Margin Improvement, On Time Delivery, first time inspection rates, LEAN savings, and Lead time reduction
• Accountable for the subordinate’s compliance of the SOP & key control points

Key Position Requirements:

• University Graduate or equivalent
• At least 5 years of category experience in Kitchenware, home appliances and small electronic items, experience in sizable buying office is an advantage  
• Familiar with US retail market and sound products knowledge is a must
• Proven experience to be able to work with overseas buyers independently
• Down to details, strong in cost analysis, logical & analytical thinking
• Able to lead and monitor suppliers the end-to-end supply chain activities, including artwork, sample, production, on-time delivery 
• Able to handle multi-tasks and posses a high level of initiatives and integrity under a dynamic and competitive environment 
• Excellent  interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as capability to interact effectively with all levels
• Key team players with ability to supervise the subordinate, impact and influence associates from local team and overseas team
• Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision
• Assertive and self-motivated, fast learner
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Putonghua
• Business travel may be required
