We are looking for a high-caliber candidate for the Senior Project Manager role. Primary responsibilities are to plan, prioritize and manage all regional Enterprise Advantage project activities within Asia Pacific Region. Major duties includes but not limits to:

• Responsible for achieving all project commitments and milestones, including communications with sponsors and stakeholders, on time and to budget.
• Operates in accordance with First Advantage values and behaviors, ensures project activities and decisions are aligned to these values.
• Must have experience of working with and leading remote teams especially across Asia Pacific.
• Spends significant time on project management responsibilities with others but also works independently.
• As assigned, lead or assist in the planning, implementation and introduction of projects for new systems and technologies.
• Collaborates with Sales, Client Management, Operations, Finance and HR teams to plan and execute projects activities.
• Reports to Director of Project Management and Data Analytics, Operations, Asia Pacific on a daily basis and to EA Global Project Lead to maintain alignment with global project deliverables.
