Our client is a well reputed property developer with a focus on south east Asian countries. They currently have a large Residential property project ready for phase one completion and are looking for an experienced residential sales manager to join their team.

This role will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for the following duties:

• Achieve sales targets by successfully driving the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plans that deliver exceptional sales results
• Recruit, coaching, train and manage the sales team
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements

• Must be Fluent English speaker, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
• Successful previous experience in at least one Hong Kong property agency as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven ability to plan and execute sales initiatives
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
• Excellent coaching and team management skills
