• Degree holder in Property/Real Estate with HKIS(GP)/RICS(GP) qualifications
• 7 years’ of related experience in sizable property developers in dealing with key development projects in Hong Kong and/or China
• Solid experience in development process, including land acquisition, budget, feasibility studies, calculation, development and marketing in Hong Kong and/or China
• Capable of exploring/identifying potential property development projects/business opportunities
• Conversant with land matters and feasibility studies
• Well-organized and self-motivated with strong business sense and excellent leadership/interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
• Willing to travel when needed
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Development Surveyor
