Responsibilities

• Handle customers’ enquiries, services request and complaints through e-mail and phone
• Prepare bookings and documentation set for both sea/air freight shipment, customs, etc.
• Produce accurate report to overseas office and customers
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily shipment’s operations
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Completion of Form 7 or DSE
• 1-2 years in operations field with freight forwarding or shipping knowledge is preferred.
• Able to handle full sets I/E documentation
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with Automated Manifest System (AMS); Advanced Commercial Information (ACI) & ISF will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Immediately available is preferred
