Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop prospective business opportunities and leads made available via marketing and business promotion channels to enlarge the customers base;
• Draw up and renew service agreements with new and existing customers negotiating terms and clauses to the best interest of the company;
• Manage and supervise performance of members of the sales team under his/her lead meeting sales targets/objectives;
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, formulating price strategies and produce market analysis reports for management to review;
• Liaise with various departments securing support to meet customer requirements and needs;
• Maintain good customer relations, paying courtesy visits to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing customer retention;
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as required. 

 Requirements:

• Degree holder preferable a BBA;
• Two years of sales and business development related working experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chines;
• Being articulate and possess good international skill;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred.
