Responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategic sales planning and promote Home & Electrical Appliances products to achieve business objectives
• Lead a team in all aspects of sales, marketing & business development in meeting management expectations
• Liaise with external parties to facilitate business development and maintain good relationships
• Communicate with suppliers on product development or improvement
• Accountable for the team’s profit & loss
• Explore new business opportunities for achieving business objectives

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
• 3-5 years’ sales experience, of which at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory level
• Experience in selling electrical applications will be an advantage
• Good connection with dealers and designers will be an advantage
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, high initiative and result-oriented with strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Aggressive and persistent to achieving company’s objectives
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Sales Manager
