Our client is a Hong Kong based investment holding company principally engaged in property-related businesses is now seeking a high caliber to join their team.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the operations of ferry terminal and related activities to provide passengers in a safe and efficient manner. He/She will take charge of manpower planning, resources allocation, repair & maintenance, vendor management and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the terminal. He/She will refine the operational procedures and ensure compliance with related code of practice. He/She will also collect market intelligence and provide professional advice to facilitate the business development.

Requirements

• Tertiary educated and possess Class 2 Certificate of Competence
• Minimum 10 years and above relevant experience in marine related industry
• Familiar with cruise industry and port operations
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
