Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound & outbound logistics, warehousing, repackaging and order fulfillment functions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure distribution efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, flexibility, responsiveness and operating costs.  
• Evaluate, select and manage freight forwarders, courier companies and 3PLs and lead contract negotiations.
• Manage one direct report
• Participate and support in the planning, launch and implementation of marketing promotions and activities

Requirements

• Experience of managing warehousing, logistics or order fulfillment processes
• Experience in distribution centre and freight management.
• Experience in e-commerce would be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and high energy levels.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 5.5 days work
