Overview

Position interface with Distribution centers, customer service and planning team, vendors and manufacturers, sales associates and carriers in order to meet customers' delivery demands, freight budgets, freight metrics and KPIs.  Responsible shipping function on daily operation, optimize the shipping arrangement, prepare reports and KPI reports, freight accruals for management review and support office administration and office supplies procurement, contract preparation and follow up. 

Responsibilities:  

Customer Service:

• Understand customers' requirements through close communication with BU employees in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaint / special requirements in order to deliver ECE
  
  

Daily Operations:

• Arrange Drop shipment SI assignment and release green light for shipment
• Prepare Monthly drop shipment report / accurals preparation and freight spend calculation
• Handle MMR and invoice cancellation.
• Cross-Company / Channel factory drop shipment handling
• Provide service for inquiry on freightage estimation
• Exceptional Billing handling and follow up.
• L/C shipment SAP FI documentation handling.
• Office Administration support and service - postage, framework PO preparation, office administration/ equipment contract preparation and follow up.
• Local courier service preparation  
  
  

Qualification:

• 3 years working experiences in Import / Export Trading company / service.
• DSE with Full certificate.  Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Transportation is preferable.
• Knowledge in SAP system and good computer skill
