Responsibilities:

• Handle import / export customs declaration in accordance with legal and organisational requirements
• Handle application of import / export licence for Control Chemicals Regulations

• Liaise effectively with forwarders and agents with regards to shipment
• Monitor shipping schedule and update goods delivery
• Inventory management
• Prepare and generate regular reports

Requirements:

• Preferably 3 years' of working experience in relevant field
• Knowledge in handling shipping documents
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Shipping
