Job Summary

• Handle full set of books, accounts payable and receivable
• Manage month-end closing and day-to-day accounting operations
• Work closely with the corporate accounting team in all financial analysis, auditing, taxation and accounting operations management
• Assist in development and review of the accounting procedure and policy
• Perform the ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Tertiary educated and above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience, gained in property development and real estate is preferable
• Hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
• A team player with proactive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, well organized, and able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred
