Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Over 5 years of related experience in commercial industry
• Solid company secretarial experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS office and Outlook
• Practical experience on EcountERP is a plus
• Responsible, self-motivated, team work spirit, pleasant personality and able to work under pressure
• Good command in English and Mandarin, both in written and oral
• Short-notice is highly preferred
• Report to CEO & COO

Responsibilities

Accounting

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Monitor weekly cashflow and prepare payment list
• Handle year end audit and tax reporting
• Prepare P&L budget
• Reconciliation with SZ factory
• Work closely with Sales Director for sales forecast
• Occasional travel to SZ factory

Human Resources

• Specialized in HK employment ordinance
• Maintain HR records up to date (employment contracts, leave records, work visa, etc.)
• Prepare timely payroll & MPF & staff commission
• Business travel required
• Occasional travel to SZ factory

Administration

• Maintain a smooth office operations
• Travel arrangement for the team
• Renewal of company insurances and BR and Co Sec documents
• Support in lighting fair exhibition
• Ad-hoc assignments as appointed by the management
