Key Job Accountabilities

- Handle full set of accounts and month-end/ year-end financial statements for the company

- Monitoring Accounts Receivable and Payable Record

- Assist in group reporting for budgeting and cost analysis as well as other management reporting requirements

- Work closely with external auditors for year-end audit

- Perform ad hoc assignments

- Perform inter-company transactions – Hong Kong and Mainland China

- Prepare financial statement and consolidated management reports

- Assist in costing control of overseas new project

Requirements

- Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

- Company secretary experience is an advantage

- Occasional travel may be required

- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Strong in Excel operation including pivot table, Vlookup, subtotal functions, etc.

- Good command in English and Mandarin

- Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
