Job Duties:

-          Assist and direct report to CFO/Finance Manager

-          Review of company level and consolidated level financial statements

-          Prepare profits tax computation and handle tax enquires

-          Liaise with auditors for annual audit and interim review

-          Prepare annual reports and interim report

-          Regular filing to Stock Exchange and other compliance issues

-          Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

 -          University graduate with degree major in Accounting

-          At least 5 years relevant working experience

-          ACCA/HKICPA qualified or equivalent

-          Knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules is preferred

-          Excellent in MS Office, MYOB, etc.

-          Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua

-          Immediately available preferred
