The main purpose of the role is to manage the effective movement of colleagues on international assignments in the APAC region.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• To participate in day-to-day operation for global mobility assignment, package compensation and benefits administration including offer analysis, system update, contract/agreement/letter preparation, communication with assignees and leaders as well as oversea HR, etc.
• To coordinate with C&B team on compensation review exercise
• To manage the whole lifecycle of inbound and outbound assignment and liaise with external and internal vendors to provide necessary support
• To prepare both regular and ad hoc management reports

Requirements

• A degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Around 3-4 years' relevant experience, preferably from sizable multinational company
• Good understanding of mobility assignment, local employment legislations and other regulatory compliance
• Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under tight timelines. Proactive and passionate about delivering good quality service
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Tax knowledge will be advantageous
• Spanish knowledge is an advantage
