The Swank, Hong Kong’s first multi-brand luxury fashion house is currently seeking for a high caliber candidate to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general reception duites including handling internal and external phone calls, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing faxes, couriers and mails and maintain the tracking record
• Ensure the tidiness of the reception area, conference room and meeting rooms
• Manage conference room and meeting rooms reservation and keep booking record updated
• Responsible for arranging the schedule of Office Assistant daily outdoor work
• Provide support in scheduling the sample pick up/delivery order
• Handle senior management telephone message and appointment booking during the absent of their secretaries
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant experience in sizable companies.
• Polite, helpful, responsible, reliable and willing to learn
• Good working attitude with sound telephone manner and able to take up diversified duties
• Mature and able to communicate with all level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in PC knowledge, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
