Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 9regulated activities
• Handle the Application for license to SFC
• Monitor, review and update daily operations & regulated activities in compliance with SFC
• Provide support and assist to senior mana
• Sound knowledge of fund operation, experience in managing private funds, PE, equities funds or portfolio management on firm’s investment function

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Law, Finance or Business related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in asset management and 2 years must be in management level
• Must be a current SFC Type 9 Responsible Officer License holder
• Strong analytical and good interpersonal and presentation skills, highly-motivated and able to work independently
• Experienced in setting up unauthorized fund and discretionary portfolio management
• Well understanding of SFC regulatory regime 
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
