During the two-year program, the trainees will undergo an intensive development program incorporating classroom training, on-the-job training and rotations to different businesses and functions.

In the initial half year, they will be exposed to all aspects of training & practical work on Global investment portfolio setting, responsible for full range of financial consultancy services including:

- Risk management / Asset allocation

- Discretionary Portfolio Management Service

- Trading services for Securities, Futures, Options, and Funds

- Dealing with Securities and Futures contracts

- Securities-related advice

- Investment Immigration Services

- Oversea Property (UK, Japan, etc. ) Investment / Local Mortgage Referral

- Cooporate Solutions / MPF Advisory

- Trust Services

- Loan Services

as well as personal growth training (e.g. CFP, CFA, HKSI, ABC, NLP, etc.). We also offer GUARANTEE MONTHLY SALARY PLUS COMMISSION BONUS. After they have equipped with professional management skills to assume further responsibilities at The Group, they will have an opportunity to develop their own career still in Hong Kong at a management position. Only those outstanding elites will promote to the management level of The Group and estimate EARN 0.5 MILLION PER YEAR or more.


About Requirements:

University graduates (FRESH GRADUATES within 3 years ARE ALL WELCOMED) with excellent interpersonal & presentation skill;
Working experience with professional qualification highly preferred, e.g. CFA, CPA, CFP, HKSI;
Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin and Japanese are advantages;
Experience in banking industry will be an advantage;
Hard working & willing to learn. Strong desire to take challenges and make success on career life;
Hong kong residences is preferred, China citizens of other regions or foreigners with work permit are also welcomed.
